Company which does not respect commercial laws, which uses cold calling to try to sell products of very poor quality and/or defective, and which subsequently refuses to cover return costs... Having been a tattoo artist for several years I have never seen such poor and narrow-minded after-sales service!

Flee this company which refuses to take back defective products, which lies to you to sell their products to you over the telephone, which sells products manufactured more than 6 years ago (yellowed by time but as there is no expiry date). expiration they consider that there is no problem). Prefer "Robé medical" which offers much more competitive prices with 21 day return with return costs covered and without any reasons. I have no action at Robé Médicale!!! take the Medikafrance example!!!
