Pharmacy not very serious in preparation times, more than a week to honor a prescription. In 2 years, we had to pick up the preparations too many times, because they were not prepared on time. You have lost the preparations twice during shipping, you have to place the orders several times for them to finally be taken into account. When you call them to activate, it's never their fault, they don't know what the other preparers are doing. Unfortunately, the only one who does it in La Rochelle has a monopoly on it, and makes the most of it! Very unhappy with this establishment!!!

I am delighted with this pharmacy. I only go there once a year, but like almost everywhere in La Rochelle, the staff is welcoming, diligent, friendly and professional. I find herbalism there that I have difficulty obtaining at home, so I combine the useful with the pleasant.
