I did an antigen test there, everything went well. Punctual and pleasant. She was very gentle during the collection, I didn't have any pain although it wasn't very pleasant.

Ugh. Their testing system is long and they don't communicate with each other. The boss (I suppose) looked bored while we were simply waiting for our results, from there to throwing the results box with his fingertips on the desk.. In short, no smiles, no communication, I put things into perspective in telling myself that it was probably a bad day for them...
