The staff at this pharmacy are very pleasant and provide good advice. However, this pharmacy does not offer paper bags allowing treatments to be transported in complete confidentiality and that is really unfortunate! Most other pharmacies have no problem offering paper bags, especially when it comes to bulky products. Why is this pharmacy an exception?

Indeed, it is important and urgent that traders and artisans can rate their customers. The GAY pharmacy that I have been frequenting for years is a “yes” business, where you can find advice, professionalism and kindness. All the ladies of this pharmacy must be respected, because seriousness, kindness and rigor are their daily lives. So, passing customer without a prescription, you are right to go your way, leave room for people who need with or without a prescription and who appreciate this company which always welcomes customers in a good mood, which is not the cases in other places.

We were loyal customers of this pharmacy at its old address... unfortunately its distance from the city center means that we share (when we come to the Intermarché. This was the case today and we needed a renewal without a prescription since our doctor is on strike. On the internet we knew that the pharmacist could help. However, the person who served us asked us to pay... after insisting she found the solution but was very unpleasant both towards my wife and towards me who refused to have to pay. It won’t take more for us not to come back here….. A pharmacy is a business and like any business is at the service of the customer. If not, we will go where the service is most pleasant.

Booked in for a antigen test to travel back to uk. Arrived 2 hours earlier than booked. Lovely lady did our test there and then with smiles. All good. Thank you so much for fitting us in early without making a fuss.
