Concerning Antigen tests: I went to do a test in this pharmacy, at first, no one in front of me. Registration is done on paper in the pharmacy. But then, surprise, you have to go around the street to take the test at the back of the pharmacy. And here is the drama. There were 10 people already waiting. And we didn't see anyone called to take a test for at least 30 minutes. They actually “hide” the queue in the back street of the pharmacy. The staff is extremely slow. In short, I advise you to do your test in another pharmacy.

While going shopping at the nearby grocery store, I found this pharmacy on my way. The window isn't very attractive, but I have a prescription to buy. The interior is like its window, dark. I called the pharmacy to report my complaint. My correspondent has difficulty understanding and without warning passes me a man to whom I have to explain everything again. He agrees to an exchange the same day or the next day, because he would telecollect every day to Social Security. This is incorrect information because I checked my Améli account, and the pharmacy has already collected the money. So it's OK for a size exchange. As it is impossible for me within the deadline, I let go of the matter after 10 minutes of debate. We hang up. Immediately, the pharmacy called me back and it was the saleswoman in question. I hear the speakerphone is on, which I tell it. She claims the opposite... Reason for her call? Could this be to apologize? No. For 5 minutes, she explains: the size indicated on the packaging would not be correct, because of covid she cannot take the belt back, she is the one who has the truth and the customer is wrong, etc... In this pharmacy, which one shows the most bad faith and bad will? What a shame to be so poorly served in a pharmacy. This leaves you perplexed and worried about the other services. Morality, I wasted 15 minutes hearing two unpleasant bell sounds to keep an unsuitable €50 lumbar belt.
