Pitiful and mediocre.
Slow pharmacists who clearly care for the customer's head and wallet.
X amount of waiting time and miraculously when it's finally your turn, they favor the Swiss or the middle-class woman in her fifties who has just arrived. And don't you dare say anything, they will pretend not to hear you.
Large pharmacy with lots of items but the staff is a shame nevertheless I recommend if you belong to a higher caste, because thanks to the speedy boarding access reserved for business and first class passengers, you will have 5 star service.
Oh and finally, an unfortunate tendency to charge twice when you go to the checkout, claiming an error (oops!).

The two stars are for the pharmacy which is very tidy and offers a nice selection of products. It is easy to access and has ample parking. Unfortunately the staff is very unpleasant and lacks empathy, however, I have a different person each time 😒… I prefer the reception at the Bons-en-Chablais pharmacy which certainly has fewer products but at least they are caring and warm.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a lady who always looks at me with a sort of contempt. She recommended a product that was not suited to my problem, plus she made me believe in another illness... completely different from what I ended up with. I don't want to go back to this pharmacy.

New location for this pharmacy. Nice big and clean. Developed over the counter items in a large self service area.
