Having lived next to this pharmacy for 3 years, I used to go there because it was convenient but since then I had to deal with a certain unpleasant person who will recognize themselves because they have been mentioned several times! Since then I have been going to the ewues pharmacy!!! All charming and much cheaper!

Already been disappointed several times by the welcome of the pharmacist Angelique, the impression that I was disturbing with my questions she was drunk annoyed I had to go back there for medicine for my grandmother the impression of annoying her to note down the dosages at the back of the box no advice the more it is sloppy in the explanations and the better you know about it. Believe me, living in Scionzier, I will make a detour to Marnaz but I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. You have no smile and no explanation even though you still sell medicine.

The behavior of a certain person within this pharmacy is to be deplored (person already mentioned). I find this really unfortunate because I appreciate this pharmacy and the professionalism of the other people who work there. My goal with this comment is not to put this person down, but just to make them realize that their lack of respect and their condescending tone do not help the situation. We come to you for a service, to ask you questions; If you are not able to help us, then do not go to customer reception.
