We have been clients at the clinic for over 22 years (this is our 3rd Cavalier King Charles). We have always been very happy with the quality of care, the vets' clinical and "human" intelligence. Cavalier King Charles require a lot of preventive and follow care as they age (mitral valve disease...) and we place the highest level of trust in Drs. Caron and Bitté.

A good team, polite and professional, that can also take care of pets other than cats and dogs (we brought our rabbit). The online booking platform for appointments is much appreciated, like Doctolib but for vets. It makes it so much simpler than having to call. They run their appointments mostly on time. I think I've waited maximum 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. They really seem to love animals and are great at communicating with pet owners too
