I would like to emphasize the kindness of the people who welcomed us, as well as that of the veterinarian. The latter was very gentle, clear in his explanations of the diagnoses, all with a smile which immediately created a friendly and trusting relationship. Thank you for everything !

Really disappointed. Arrived 30 minutes before closing time and happened to come across the vet in front of the clinic in his car ready to leave. I was crying, covered in mud and blood and of course my dog too. My dog hurt his leg while running in the forest with me and I had carried him all the way there. (Walking 4+ km holding a 19kg animal) The vet refused to see me saying it was too close to closing time. While I do have respect the opening hours of the establishment and I certainly understand that professionals also have a life outside of their work, I could never imagine seeing a dog in that state (and its owner!) and telling them to go see someone else. So I had to drive 30 minutes to go find another vet. The lack of empathy shown for my dog was heartbreaking. Why work with animals if you don’t really love them? I will never take any of my animals there just based on the lack of kindness and empathy I experienced with this vet.

Really nice vet, looked after our cat really well, seems to know what they're doing, the lady we saw also speaks a little English
