So far I haven't had any problems with this pharmacy. And then, a tax fraud specialist disguised as a tax preparer arrived... Unfortunately, I had to deal with her twice! A welcome worthy of the best films on the Cold War and then she clearly displays a desire not to serve you! It is true that there is enormous trafficking in ophthalmic solutions in France! I had eye surgery so sometimes it's dry. Prescription prescribed by an ophthalmologist but it is not enough. Rest assured ! I will get another prescription and I will go to another pharmacy, who will be happy to give me this highly sensitive medication! In conclusion, if the goal is to lose customers, you are on the right track! You can't replace one brand of ophthalmic solution with another? On the other hand, you can replace medications prescribed by a doctor with generic ones...an interesting concept! Sir! If it is your duty to work like this...I reiterate the fact that I have nothing to do in your pharmacy! I'm thinking about it! What's your excuse about the terrible reception your trainer gives me every time?

They gave me medicine for my sore throat, I had an allergic reaction to this medicine (that's not the fault, they couldn't have known) but they still wouldn't exchange the medicine, they ask to pay again for the other medicine with a haughty air, knowing that I bought the box of medicine that very afternoon. I left without saying anything, remaining courteous but I came away a little jaded by the lack of "compassion" I don't find it very professional...
