Good morning, I have been a customer since the opening. A pharmacy where you wait very little, staff who are always pleasant, professional, helpful and good advice, always a kind word and perfect organization... It's also so nice to trust your pharmacy...to know that if the doctor is not reachable, they will be able to advise us or give us the right treatment in the meantime. And then to finish... the general atmosphere is calming, no stress, the staff seem to get along well and that too, feels good!! Thank you to all

Hello, I have been here at Pontet for 6 months. I am in this pharmacy Real basket. I have major medical treatments And I am a consumer of pharmaceutical products. 15 days ago, I had a urinary tract infection, and this pharmacist did not want to help me with monuril, while knowing that the trigger guard is a real medical desert. Pharmacies now have the right to give certain antibiotics. I didn't appreciate, of course, this way of doing things. When, like me, you have treatments for polyarthritis and severe Arnaudalgi. We take the time to take care of our customers. I live with perpetual suffering, you could have helped me out, instead of talking to me about your social security. Since I entered this pharmacy I have never changed it. The organization is perfect for less waiting. The staff is very numerous, always smiling and offering good advice. A large selection of products and always in stock. I recommend.

After 20 minutes of waiting, the product not being in stock, the preparer told me to come back at 3 p.m., I showed up at 3:30 p.m., another 10 minutes of waiting and still no product! And above all, no apologies for the inconvenience caused!!!!! I am asked to come back, a 3rd time!! Frankly deplorable!

Really disappointed by the behavior of this pharmacy technician who looked down on me with this haughty air even though I have been a customer for 3 years now, and until then I found the staff very friendly and attentive... very very disappointed and even more so to not see any of the other employees intervene because we really don't talk to customers like that... especially since I said absolutely nothing special, just my dematerialized version of the mutual insurance card and a prescription sent by email...
