One of the pharmacists at the pharmacy where I usually go having refused to give me Ventolin aerosols in a very curt and unpleasant manner, I decide to go to the Pharmacie des 3 Caps. I was received there by a gentleman who took the time to explain to me the why and the how and gave me what I needed. He acted professionally and I thank him very much because I was really having difficulty breathing. From now on, I will come here for sure.

My father, a customer of this pharmacy for more than twenty years, went to the cash register to be given priority given his disability, standing being difficult for him. The boss told him in an aggressive tone to queue like everyone else, and that if he wasn't happy it was the same. I wanted to tell this person who clearly lacks civic-mindedness, that disability is not always visible and above all what the law says: Constitutes a disability, within the meaning of this law, any limitation of activity or restriction of participation to life in society suffered in their environment by a person due to a substantial, lasting or permanent alteration of one or more physical, sensory, mental, cognitive or psychological functions, a multiple disability or a health disorder disabling (article 2 of the law of February 11, 2005 giving the following legal definition of disability). We are going to report these facts which clearly characterize discrimination, and above all we have changed pharmacies. To avoid since the change of management!

Since the change of ownership it has been a real pleasure to frequent this pharmacy. Mr. HURLUPÉ is charming and all of his colleagues followed his example. It's a real revolution. Well done. Sorry for the first review where I forgot the H of this dear Sir. Promised no more errors

I have been to this pharmacy several times because it is close but unfortunately the reception is not always there, we prefer to go further, too bad!!
