1€ per single mask we are in June 2024 of the flight! The mask box costs barely €1.50 from the suppliers! of the flight! And above all the girl gives it to me by sticking her fingers on it…she was at the counter of course if I buy a mask it’s not to have germs on it and even less at this price! Poor service. Thursday I went to get some medicine, they didn't have any. Instead of letting me go to another pharmacy, they offered to order it and pick it up the next morning. When I go back the next day they don't have it, he asks me to come back later or the next day (Saturday). Today I come at 2:10 p.m. and wait until 2:30 p.m., closed. Although their opening hours say 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday closed and Monday I will have to come back for a medicine that I have already paid for but I have to wait 5 days and make several trips back and forth.

The pharmacist is not at all pleasant, is even haughty and useless. He made me waste 10 minutes trying to scan my mutual insurance card to ultimately tell me that my children were not covered by the mutual insurance even though I regularly go to collect medicines in their name and there is no Never had any problems in other pharmacies. Hello, I would like to share my opinion because what happened to me is really serious. I came to take medicine for my partner because she underwent a rather heavy operation, with my Prescription that the doctor prescribed to me I had to have acupan, Doliprane and profenid as medicine. I had neither, not even a box of Doliprane. The lady's excuse (about 50 years old): your prescription is not valid and I was directly asked to leave the pharmacy. AND IN ADDITION, WRITE ON THE BACK OF THE PRESCRIPTION SHEET THAT EVERYTHING IS ALREADY PRESCRIBED. So I went to another pharmacy (the one next to Aulnay station). She took care of me and very quickly understood my situation. She also told me that this is not normal so she wrote this on the back of my prescription sheet and provided me with ALL the medications I needed. I do not recommend this pharmacy, avoid it and opt for the one next to the station and just at the entrance from the boulevard. Thanks for reading me.

Indeed, I am not surprised by the negative opinions on MR MORIN who is the manager of this pharmacy, and also on the friendliness of the staff working there, the comments all agree on the same point. This day, this gentleman refused me a prescription dating from the beginning of January, claiming that it is for occasional and immediate treatment and that it should have been taken immediately, so it is no longer valid, namely that It's for my son who suffers from chronic asthma, the prescription being for ventolin which he must have with him, without time limit, in the event of an attack. This person invents rules out of nowhere, but the law says that a prescription is valid for 1 year. It’s absurd, I’ve never heard such nonsense, I explained it but MR MONRIN didn’t want to know anything. In short, I advise against it and will no longer go there, they really take care of the customer, I now understand why they only have 3 stars. Fortunately there are other competent pharmacies that were able to provide me with said treatment, including the one down the street from me in BLANC MESNIL, which did it without any problem! To flee…
