My bad personal experience today in the Bagatelle Pharmacy in Aix en Provence. I stayed there for more than half an hour waiting for different reasons: - Syrup (quite common in the market) in my prescription not available in the pharmacy, I had to call (several times!!) a doctor to prescribe another syrup (30 min wait) while being ill.. - I give my mutual insurance digitally for payment, the pharmacist did not find a better time to have doubts about it by asking me by text: “are you sure that your mutual insurance is valid? » The pharmacist takes her phone and contacts my mutual to ask her, in front of me, if my mutual is valid. Of course after having confirmation that it was valid, I was finally able to leave with my bag of medicines like a trophy ... (10 min wait). I am not generalizing, but here is what type of welcome and treatment you can receive in this pharmacy.

Ok for the professionalism and advice. However, when will there be a ticket distributor to avoid queue jumpers? This is also where we see the limits of politeness among the staff: it is up to them to enforce the rules otherwise the other customers just have the feeling of being discredited.
