Eight years that I have lived in Rennes, eight years that I have been going to this pharmacy. The welcome is warm, the pharmacists know their stuff, are professional, attentive and very close to customers. In short, they do a good job. Shocked! through behavior, mockery and lack of empathy towards people. Yesterday at 3:23 p.m. I returned to the pharmacy I saw a woman asking the pharmacist for information, unfortunately the woman left without a solution, the pharmacist made fun of the woman with her colleagues, even going into the small details, they burst out laughing without question. caring about who has people around is shameful. Where is the professional secrecy, confidentiality. It's really shameful. I do not recommend to anyone so that the team remembers what I witnessed (morning after pill) the team this afternoon deserves a sanction.
