I was looking for a product that was very hard to find, which many pharmacies said they did not have in stock or could no longer order. Although I did not travel, but simply called, the person who answered me was extremely patient, took the time to look for possible alternatives and give me advice. I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for many years, but I must admit that I have recently been disappointed by the exorbitant wait times I have had to endure during my last few visits. As an elderly person, I am particularly sensitive to bodily pain and having to wait for long minutes, sometimes even hours, was very difficult to bear. Despite this, I would like to point out that the pharmacy staff are always very friendly and professional. They do their best to meet our needs and advise us as best as possible. I therefore regret these bad experiences, but I continue to use this pharmacy because of the quality of their service and their attentiveness. However, I hope that measures will be taken to reduce waiting times for the comfort of all customers.
