I think that the mere fact of having mentioned the name of the disputed treatment in a public comment says a lot about the fine professional qualities of which you pride yourself. My comment did not criticize you in any way for the refusal of delivery, but for the way in which it was done, and the underlying contempt. The reason given on your part was not the risk of abuse or dependence, but, I quote: “the fear of not being reimbursed”. It is a legitimate reason, however, again, there is a way of expressing it, I remain convinced that I would not have received the same treatment if I had suffered from diabetes and not anxiety.

I asked for a dry, irritated cough syrup; I even specified Biocalyptol (not possible with a prescription) or Hellicidin, but I was sold a productive cough syrup Ivy climbing which is a wet cough syrup, expectorant… which I discovered at home after opening and taking a dose of syrup.,, So I question him and wonder if the pharmacy staff are really qualified???

Anti-gene test carried out at 8 p.m., I was informed that I would receive the results in 30 minutes... No results received. I called the pharmacy the next morning having heard nothing. the person on the phone asks their colleague for information because my results are not in the computer... Then informs me of the result. I point out to them that it is not very professional... the answer software problem...? While I just heard a discussion with his colleague that the results were not in... Not very professional not to provide the results and not to recognize their error by finding software excuses... First experience and the last!!
