I placed an order on September 1st, after a silence of 9 days, I received a package containing seriously torn boxes, making one of the medications unfit for consumption. My email to the pharmacist went unanswered. My email to the pharmacy manager went unanswered. I had to send a complaint to the national order of pharmacists, so that they could finally come up with a possible solution.

Excellent experience with the online site . Lacking milk for my infant on vacation in Spain after forgetting a box (a rather special milk that could not be found there), I placed an order by DHL express which cost me only €13. The order was made the day before at 10 a.m. and I received my very well protected and compliant package the next day at 1 p.m. and the cherry on the cake was a sample of baby care products.
