I went to the pharmacy on Saturday morning, there were a lot of people. I found the way the employer spoke to his employee (a young girl) laborious. I find this humiliating Madam Manager, you should question yourself because you are inhumane. I think of this young girl who caused me a lot of pain. I usually put both positive and negative comments because it is important to say when the "experience" was good or not. In this case it's quite mixed, rather negative. I came twice, each time when I arrived there was only one person at the checkout and she was chatting with someone who seemed to be an acquaintance. Apparently, the discussions between friends seem more important than the two or three customers who wait for the conversation to end... It's a shame, the customer doesn't seem important, he can just wait for the neighborhood gossip. .. In addition, I am asking for a medication about which apparently nothing is known at all, which is worrying for pharmacists. I'm not questioning the kindness of the staff but rather the lack of professionalism and honestly, I don't think I'll come back. I don't want to wait so long for so little and especially to hear about so-and-so's children who eat this or that or to know how Mrs. When I leave work, I want to be able to be received on time, especially when it is possible since the person who is talking about their life at the checkout has already paid for their purchases and there are no more reasons. to let others wait.

I admit, I had my little habits with Mr. and his team. So, the first time I went to the pharmacy since the change of ownership was sporty since they changed the email to send prescription renewals without saying so… Results: no way to be “helped out” despite years of treatment, an angry doctor, a jaded medical secretary, and the pharmacy employee who has seen us every month for years, disappointed by the categorical “no”. from the pharmacist… Now I go 300 meters further, but I have the medicine and smiles. Too bad because the staff is competent and pleasant.
