Very bad experience! I will never set foot in this clinic again! When I came back to pick up my dog ​​(following a descaling procedure preceded by general anesthesia), the clinic's server was down, without anyone having informed me in advance, and I was therefore unable to pay by credit card. I was asked to pay 320 euros in cash otherwise they would keep my dog ​​while waiting for me to come back and pay this amount either by check or in cash! No question of sending me the invoice to be paid by email or by post... Unacceptable!!! ... especially since following anesthesia then a stressful awakening, my 14-year-old dog, very happy to leave the clinic, did not understand why he was being prevented from leaving immediately with me!!! No apology from the team, on the contrary, I was asked to “understand” them. Understand what ? "which too many people do not resolve afterwards". Conclusion: the clinic purely and simply wanted to keep my dog ​​hostage under the pretext that their device was broken, while questioning my honesty even though I was already a client and had already used them for a previous descaling!

The Argos Ste Thérèse clinic has nothing to envy of a clinic for humans: reception, organization, hygiene, listening, diagnosis, advice and support for both the master and his little one. protected are exemplary in avoiding any understandable stress for both.
